MOCK UPS:

Any/every package order placed will receive a mock up showing the product purchased. This is delivered by email within 1-4 business days AFTER the order is placed. Mock ups will show the product selected, it's color, the logo being used and its placement on the garment. The mocks provided will be completed in accordance to the offer purchased and the details provided durring placement. Any changes or additions requested that may differ from the original details provided may result in cost changes.

ADVISE: Mock proofs are simply digital photo references. Therefore logo placements may seem smaller or larger than appears on mock reference. For best assurances, you will find the actual logo placement mesurments/size being applied, listed above the actual image.

ADVISE: Your order is NOT placed on the production calendar turnaround timelines do not begin until this mock up is approved. Mock approvals are the final stage of customer interactions requirements prior to orders being started - as this ensures both the customer and our team are aware of the expectations for the final project. Therefor, any delays in approving mock ups will result in delays in receiving your order.

 

 

PRINT QUALIFICATIONS DETAILS:

 

PRINT DETAILS OFFERED WITH THIS PACKAGE: This package is listed and priced based on one print location - with the option of a 1 color, solid print / 2 color print / or 3 color print. - The price for the package will change based upon the order's size & number of print colors your logo requires. You'll find that larger sized orders will have cheaper costs per units. For screen print orders - you typically want the logo to be bold - with minial thing lines and/or small details.

 

IF THIS PACKAGE OFFERS THE OPTION FOR 3D PUFF PRINT STYLE:  This upgrade is only offered at 1 print color MAX. Please advise, not all logos are suitable for this style printing. 3D puff print works best with BOLD logos that have minimal to zero overlapping, small details and text and details that are too close in proximity. Also, when using puff print ink, you'll find that colors may appear to be lighter shades than typically shown when printing using traditional silk screen print. That's just the way the additive transpires.

If the logo and/or details provided do not match and/or qualify for the option purchased/selected - your order will be placed on hold and our team will reach out to you via phone or email regarding changes or upcharges required to pursue the order. 

 

PRINT COLORS: We carry primary ink colors. If your design or print color request is one that is more unique or a specific Pantone being one we do not carry in regular stock, we will complete the order using the closest compatible match available. For exact color/pantone matching - we recommend emailing us prior to confirm if we carry the color and/or determine the cost for the print color to be made for your specific order. 

 

PRINT SIZES PLACEMENTS: The print locations offered are all within the standard sizing / placements dedicated to that placement. Ranging from 10” wide / 6” wide / 3.5” wide. The height of each placement would be automatically adjusted / determined based on your logos dimensions. For larger print sizes and/or specific size measurements - please email us prior to placing the order for confirmations and possibilities.

PRODUCT COLOR / SIZE SUBSTITUTES:

Alongside the nationwide supply chain issues and shortages that have been ongoing since the pandemic - Inventory & stock availabilities change on a daily/hourly basis. If the product color selected is out of stock in some of the sizes selected, we will complete the order using the closest compatible color/product match. If majority of the orders product sizes are out of stock in the style and/or color selected - we will reach out to you with alternative options as needed. 

 

For best assurances - We recommend that you stick with Primary colors and sizes OR sending an email to verify the product style, color and sizes desired are available in stock prior to placing your order - At email: [email protected]

 

SPOILAGE RATE / MISSING ITEMS

We would like to think of ourselves as super human printers/embroiderers who never make mistakes, but sometimes they do happen or a garment is delivered to our facility with a hole or stain in it.

Due to this we retain the margin of error at 2-5%, which means in very rare occasion, you may receive your order with a shortage. If you need EXACT quantities, it may possibly add 3-5 days to your production time depending on the exact items stock availability. If notice that you are missing some items from your order when delivered - 99% of the time, we are already aware of this and have the exact quantity, color and size listed in our internal notes. Simply reach out to us via email with your order number and the exact quantity and size shown to be missing and you will be credited for those items if they were already confirmed to be missing during our quality check & count prior to order being shipped.
